CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PLAN AGREED

Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) set.  The CIP supports the company in working towards meeting the expectations of the Bettercoal Code. Evidence of changes implemented to better align operations with the Bettercoal Code are submitted regularly and verified by independent assessors.
