Ulla Rehell has been Vice President of Sustainability for Finnish energy company Fortum Corporation since 2010. Her main scope of activities include management of environment and health and safety (EHS) with a special focus on climate change mitigation, as well as social responsibility and management of supply chain – especially the fuel supply chain.
Ulla has a wealth of senior management experience working within multinational organisations, focusing on strategic sustainability, communications, stakeholder engagement and implementation of EHS management systems and performance measurements. Former roles include Assistant Vice President, Corporate Responsibility at Kesko Corporation and Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has stood on the board of both civil and private sector organizations and holds a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering (Biotechnology) from Helsinki University of Technology.
